Recent China Meteorological Administration observations show highs of 24-25°C through April 10-12 under high-pressure ridging and ample sunshine, but the anticipated partial overcast—potentially reducing insolation by 20-30%—tips sentiment toward moderated peaks. Historical April averages near 20°C provide context, with new 00z/12z model runs and CMA updates due within 24 hours likely to refine the razor-thin differentiation among top outcomes prior to resolution via Beijing Capital International Airport data.
